Reviews From Our Clients

I think the military should be providing courses like this for serving personel at basic training disrupt the cycle of no support.

100% worth it!

Takes her emotion wheel with her to school everyday, and we have a daily check in station at home now.

I have used a good chunk of this course to help understand things like regulating emotions that has been useful for my daughter who is in the process of being diagnosed with Autism and ADHD.

Learning about emotional regulation has really helped us to understand how we can help our family.

Understanding how childhood trauma can filter into adult life and affect the family, even after all these years!

Excellent course that should be an option for all military families, this is exactly what the military should be putting money into instead of the “veneer and lip service” courses that are actually on offer. If this course was more readily available, I believe that the divorce rate in the forces would drop.

I cannot say enough about the incredible impact Resilient Bonds has had on our family. From the very first session, we knew we had found something special—something different. This isn’t just another counselling service that is offered by the military, It’s a sanctuary of healing, understanding, and true transformation. Before we found Resilient Bonds, our family was struggling to communicate, to connect, and to support one another through life’s challenges.

This course has been absolutely fantastic. The thought that has gone into this to tailor it to armed forces personnel and their families has not gone unnoticed. The military community do not express emotions well and this course has taught me to open up a lot more especially within my family dynamic. Resilient Bonds have created a safe space that nothing you say is judged or held against you.
